Our 4-step service concept kicks in if a failure nevertheless occurs: Telephone support with direct contact to a technician, online support for solving configuration problems, rental machines if needed, and a network of service technicians.

Rely on a maximum of operational saftey and a customer service, that does not stop at the time of signing your purcahse agreement.

Online Support

You can use our on-line support tools at all times to quickly eliminate malfunctions and to solve configuration problems. For this purpose, all of our devices are equipped with extensive network functionality for remote maintenance by an Elried technician. This can also prevent expensive travel costs.

With our products, downtimes will not happen often, but obviously can still occur from time to time. In these rare cases, we will make sure to support you as good as possible.

Thanks to our network of service offices, an Elried technician can quickly come to your premises at all times. A fleet of rental machines is always available to you if required to compensate the repair times as much as possible. 

If you want to send us your system for examination or repair, please fill out following RMA form, attach it to the shipment and also send it to info@elried.de
